We often have one-off special cases available for purchase and these are a great option to try out our service without committing to a subscription. You can find these special offers on our website. However, if you’re still keen to opt for a subscription, you can easily make your first delivery a one-off. Simply wait until your first case arrives and then email us at email@example.com or call one of our customer service team on 0800 946 337 to request your account is paused. Remember, you need to do this before the cut-off date for your next delivery. If you decide that you like our service and want to reinstate your deliveries, simply call, or email us again and we can arrange that without you having to complete any further forms.
