Luckily, most of the wines we produce in New Zealand are sealed with a screwcap so cork taint is no longer a problem. However, some of our imported wines are still sealed traditionally with a cork and a small percentage of these wines may indeed be 'corked'. If you receive a corked wine, or you believe a wine you have received is faulty in any way, hold onto the bottle and we’ll happily replace it. Please contact our customer services team to arrange this on Freephone 0800 946 337 or at [email protected]
